How to change Employee password?
| How to find Employees? |
1. To find Employees, you should:
1. Go to Staff:
1.1. Press

Now you can see Employees List:
Go to Employee:

 How to create User account? |
1. If you would like to create User account, you need to press 
Now you can see fields for Username and Password
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Press
 How to create Entrance card? |
If you would like to create User account, you need:
1. Connect card reader device;
2. Take new card;
3. Set up Login card in Proman.app:
3.1. Press 
(in Employee Information):
Now you can see Card:
3.2 Touch device with card;
3.3. Check Entrance (
) and Exit (
)
Now you can see Entrance card number
 How to add Email account? |
1. You need to change gmail Security settings https://myaccount.google.com/
1.1. Find "Less secure app access" and press "Turn on access (not recommended)"
Note: you can't see this image if you have 2 steps verification. You should disabled it.
Confirm your password
1.2. Now you can Turn on "Less secure app access" (

1.3. Now you can see changes
2. Now you can add email to proman
2.1. Press 
2.2. In dialog table enter
2.2.1. Your email;
2.2.2. Enter email password;
2.3. Press 
Now you can see email confirmation (in bottom right side)
2.4. Press 
Now you can see Confirmed email
 How to set up Login Key? |
If you would like to set up Login Key, you need:
1. Connect card reader device;
2. Take new card;
3. Set up Login card in Proman.app:
3.1. Press 
(in Employee Information):
Now you can see Card:
4. Touch device with card;
Now you can see Login Key number
5. Switch on possibility to login and login with card
6. Switch on possibility to login with card (xxx.proman.app/system-settings/common-settings)
7. Open xxx.proman.app/login;
8. Touch device with card
 How to set up Face recognition Login? (using camera) |
1. If you would like to login to proman with face (using camera), you need to press 
Face login Enable (in Employee Information Notification);
2. Upload Employee photo;
3. Open xxx.proman.app/login;
4. Press 
5. When you are ready Take a selfie, press

3. Enter new password;
4. Repeat new password;
