INSTRUCTION FOR GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO A SERVICE COMPANY

Taxpayers using cash registers must grant authorization to a service company via i.EKA. This authorization allows the service company to perform all actions related to the registration of the cash register, changes in cash register registration data, deregistration of the cash register, and other work involving the technical service and repair of the cash register.

CONNECTING TO THE VMI I.EKA ENVIRONMENT

Responsible persons can connect to i.EKA directly through this link: https://ieka.vmi.lt/. Connect to the system in a way that suits you.

Authorizing a Service Company

After logging in to i.EKA, select the “Authorized Service Companies” section on the left.

In the authorized service companies' window, click the “Authorize New” button on the right side to add a new authorization.

In the line “Authorized Service Company,” enter the company's name: SmartOn Systems or the company code: 306008302. Confirm your selection.

In the line “Authorization Date From,” set the start date of the authorization. This line marks the date on which the consent is assigned. Authorization cannot be granted retrospectively. In the line “Authorization Date Until,” set the end date of the approval. In this line, it is recommended to mark a later date. Otherwise, each time the end date of the authorization is reached, you will need to renew the authorization.

In the “Additional Authorizations” section, check the boxes for "Viewing Receipt Data" and "Editing Receipt Data."

Check the box to acknowledge the rights granted to the service company. Then click the “Authorize” button. After these steps, the company will be able to administer payment instruments.

* If a cash register is being built in a new facility where there was no cash register in the name of that company before, the company owner must first indicate his business address when filling out the My VMI form "Change of data of structural divisions of legal entities" (FR0791A).
