3. Fill in the most important fields:
3.1. Name - short, clear (don't forget to indicate the exact location of the task, for example, changing the date of the invoice).
3.2. Client - if you do not assign, you will not see your work in the list.
3.3. Manager - You can assign anyone.
3.4. We write the teaching of the task in the notes, but it is better to do it inside the project (after clicking the OPEN button, in this case the pictures uploaded to the notes will be attached to the files automatically) Describe to the acquaintance how you got the discrepancy and don't forget to upload the link.
Button explanations:
1. If blue is the first person, you will see all the tasks you are a participant in (task related)
2. If the second man is blue, you will see the tasks you have created.
To receive notifications about project comments or status changes, you need to press the Wifi button
How is all the communication going?
1. You create a task, subscribe by pressing the Wifi button.
2. We move the task to the next stage.
Stage descriptions:
Backlog - all tasks created and commented on by you fall here. They are important to us, we must send them to the relevant employee.
Open - here tasks for which there is no clear solution come up, here we discuss with the programmers how to better solve the task and how to proceed.
Waiting - here are all the tasks where we need your answer. After responding, you must return the task to the Backlog stage.
In progress - tasks for which another task has been created and which the programmers will fix are placed here.
Waiting for update - here are the tasks that have already been completed and tested by us, but you can't see it in your system (the system isn't updated).
Testing - here are the tasks that have already been completed and tested by us. You must also test it and:
- if everything works as planned, you must move this task to the archive.
- if something doesn't work properly, you need to comment and return back to the Backlog stage.
